Cleanliness Convenient location - (new & not busy, access to shops - TESCO, 7 Eleven, baby shops, school supplies store) Friendly and knowledgable staff Free & easy parking WIFI - no problem. Good value for money. We booked the room with 2 large twin beds. Suitable for overnight stay. Close to shopping centre (tesco right in front) and restaurants are within walking distance.
all reviews » The place is convenient. The best thing about the hotel is that it provides free breakfast for the 6 of us! Tesco is so near therefore shopping is easy. The room is clean, and it is very near to Tesco and terminal bus. Worth for the price we pay for. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Valur for money. Very near eating places. opposite hypermall. very clean and staff very nice. good location and great place. the staff is helpful in offering information regarding transportation as public transportation in kota bahru is not efficient as in the city. The place is quiet and Tesco is just beside the hotel. So you would not be facing any problems finding food or buying necessities. It is a 10 minute walk to bus terminal which service bus that go to other states. In front of Tesco, you will find a short pasar malam that open till late at night and can get famous lekor there. Near to restaurants n convenience store (7eleven) In front of tesco just 2minutes walk from hotel. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. easy access to shopping and food outlet. I like the helpful staff especial one particular staff who are willing to come to the hotel at 6.30am to guide us to Pantai Cahaya Bulan beach as we could not locate it in the gps. We had to travel to pcb to watch the mssm Cross Country at around 6.30am. The breakfast that was prepared for us was fabulous. It is more than what we expected of. room was good staff was not so friendly - cafe. No Astro (esp football channel) An in-room fridge would be nice Limited choice for breakfast (should have option to exclude breakfast). Not suitable for older people with knee problem who needs to climb stairs to get to the first floor. We got lost in the middle by following gps. The route shown in the map was a village road with a blind end. It'll be easier if it follows tesco. Room facilities too basic, w/out fridge and hot drinking water. mattress slightly too hard. Breakfast no variety. none. Free Wifi a bit slower. The toilet roll provided was the dried up of the wet toilet roll and it wasn't really hygiene for us. no public transport. no water supply and the staff said he cannot do anything about it. Water in the bath room - water heater, tap from the sink. The water pressure is so low that bathing and brushing teeth is a major problem in the morning. Another issue is the bed sheet which is a bit dirty. Please look in to these problem as it can affect the credibility and image of the hotel. The smell in the room and hotel. I think the laundry people had put too much soap powder in all the linens. breakfast was very poor, not value for money. Filthy towels and flooded toilet.
