Price is very rasonable. Decent place and clean. Location is very good with shopping mall so close by and near Singapore checpoint. Convenient to go about in Johore.

Room big enough fr small family. Location is very convenient. Close to causeway. Lots of eatery n stores nearby.
we check in with baby.. overall we satisfied with the room (clean, spacious,bathroom and air con).

Shower broken. Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Smelled of cigarette. Facilities poor. Old beat-up TV, no in-room drink making.
The only shortage with this hotel they dont have elevator. we got room in third floor, and imagine how tired us to climb with baby.
Wi fi fascility was extremely poor.
Out of four five staff we came across, the last one keeping the reception was obviously a quite discourteous lady.
Move is inconvenient. I do not know how to ride a bus. Taxi is the main.
Temperature of the air conditioning, the adjustment of the wind direction is not possible, it is musty.
It is inconvenient because there is no dryer.

We didn't know the place was so far away from the JB Sentral, took us quite far from the city. The place is also quiet during the night. No place to go beside the restaurants.
