Booked in late in the Night and only next morning found out that the hotel was really nice. The breakfast buffet was really overwhelming with a selection of Malay specialities. There was even coffee, bread and cheese available which is rarely seen in Malaysia Lovely wiev from the room over the old city and the beachfront. It's a new hotel. The room is clean and well-maintained. The bed is comfortable too. The location is very good, just opposite the hotel is the Bukit Indah Shopping Mall and nearby you can find Tusco too. Beside the hotel, there is a 24-hrs Mcdonald restaurant. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Also very sorry for a small incident as we thought we lost our jewelry and the management sprung into action. would like this opportunity to apologize for the commotion caused putting the staff in a suspicion light. really sorry for that. Staff were really friendly - really made you feel comfortable stating there. Location was really good, close to legoland and opposite the hotel was a big and new shopping mall. Hotel room is very clean! MacDonalds just next door. Moneychanger to the back. Opposite of the hotel is Jaya Jusco Aeon shopping centre, and the jusco bus stand is one of the pickup point for bus going to Legoland, hello kitty land,(just rm2.00++ Only), or can get taxi charge about rm30, very convenience. Overall it's ok except that they did not provide room slippers on the first day. After l left some tips for the makeup room before l went out for the day, came back and I saw 2 pairs of slippers left at the wardrobe. Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Hotel looks new and clean. 15-mins cab ride to Legoland and Kittyland. Jusco shopping mall is just across the road. McD restaurant is just beside the hotel. I like that the area is not congested and is very near the tourist attraction, Legoland. I believe the area to be a really good future development given the many construction activities going on. Hotel Granada is close to Legoland and Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park, just about 10 minutes drive away. Besides, Aeon is conveniently located just across the street, which is a big plus point. Convenience as its located right in front of the shopping malls , and just next to it is a 24h macdonalds. There is also a few coffee shops at the back alley and two Korean restaurant. I stayed in Junior Suite room 1) Room is cute and complete 2) Near to shopping area 3) Bathroom is good 4) Bed is very comfortable... 5) Staff less smile.. but still ok.. Location opposite a shopping mall with cinemas was a bonus. Very close to the bus stop for the bus to Singapore. We stayed at the hotel because we should visit Legoland and Hello Kitty Town. We stayed 4 nights. It was a good choice, only a short ride with a taxi. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Outside the hotel there were lots of shopping and restaurants to visit in the evening. The area is being renovated and will be even better. There is a bus stop outside the hotel if you arrive with the Causewaylink from Singapore. Used plates and other utensils were left on the table for quite a while which attracted flies.Only 2 staff were seen clearing up the tables. More staff should be deployed to speed up the process as not to incovenience the customers. The junior suite I was given was different from the pictures when I booked online. It was the corner room with an ablong shape and the television was placed at an angle away from the sofa that you would have to strain your neck to the left. Hotel had a strange policy that no outside food is allowed. When I asked them about it, they said that they were afraid that the hotel guests dirty the room. I am confused by their answer....anyway, its the first hotel that rejects outside food. They don't allow guests to bring in outside food. Breakfast servings are the same everyday. They didnt refill the run out dishes promptly. The only thing I didn't like is there are not many food options. But it's manageable. Breakfast is below expectation. Housekeeping always forget to provide toilet rolls . 1) Wireless connection is bad. Sometimes get connected but most of the time is not.. 2) Breakfast is bad.. food is not yummy and I can say bit tasteless... breakfast was too dry and should improve. 1. Hotel location does not appear in GPS map (Papago) - challenge to arrive to hotel. 2. If air-cond not working, there is unpleasant odor appears. No swimming pool, gym room, steam bath & suana have to pay. The drain in the bathroom took a long time to drain the shower water away which resulted in semi-flooding. The food in the hotel. Staff in the restaurant seemed inexperienced and was slow especially the egg station. The chef could not manage the crowd as the frying pan seems like spoilt. No pedestrian crossing to mall. The water pressure was quite slow in junior suite. Breakfast was simple. Should have more varieties. bath room water outlet is cloaked. unisex changing room in gym no bathtub. The rooms has no connectiion door except for the executive deluxe room. Rather inconvenience bacause I need to observe my child and elderly parents in another rooms across. There wasn't enough cater for breakfast buffet. When we arrived at the cafe at 9am, there were only scraps left. The staff also did not bother to refill the food until my husband feedback to the manager. The counter staff need to be more proactive and when I requested for an extra bed, the bed didn 't arrive until I requested twice. Much improvement is needed. Nothing. double bed is 2 single beds combine together which is small... pulic transpot. At checking we had problems with our room entrance door lock had to change rooms. Small room. No swimming pool. Breakfast is limited but it was good. nothing. Breakfast not good. Prefer local food. Hot water not available throughout the day. The frontdesk is always under-man, waited for 15 minutes before getting my room key. Car park & access point. Room Rate too expensive. The room comparatively is smaller compared to rooms of the same rate in Kuala Lumpur. Breakfast poor. It is impossible to contact your hotel as your web site does not list a phone number or and email address. I have been desperately trying to contact a guest at your hotel but without a number that is impossible....... if possible to have king size bed as i have children age only 5, he don't sleep on his own. We had two different rooms, one with lots of mold in the shower The other room was ok. And unfortunately, the cleaning staff was on vacation except during the last day.... nope..All fine... 1.no swimming pool 2. varieties at breakfast are not so appetising, e.g., nasi lemak with only sambal, eggs and cucumber!. Hotel staff are friendly but fail to pay specific attention to customer quality needs. Cost of per night stay can be lower. I will only rate this hotel as 3 and a half star.
