The room was very spacious...the design of the bathroom very neat and modern. Air cond working very well.Parking space was very convenient. Nearby the pasar pagi..location very good. Room is big and clean with powerful shower. Location is very near the famous chicken rice and convenient store located nearby. Friendly staff helped to me in parking my car. 1) Spacious of room 2) Comfortable 3) Pray room 4) Toiletries complete.

Walking distance around Ipoh Town Clean Value for money. Very nice stay. The environment very nice,clean. The hotel was convenient for the town centre and the room facilities were of a reasonable quality. It was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was of a good standard.Overall it represented good value for money. The spacious room and the nice interior design for bathroom. Price. the parking attendant provides us good service, he even sent us 2 towels to the room, and bring our bag up to the room. Large lobby outside our bedroom near the lift. Feel the "space" before getting into our room. Room has 2 sofa chairs. Location. Friendly receptionist. The sitting area of the lobby does not convenient at all. The choice of the settee was not practical. Maybe they dont want the guest to hang around over the sitting area. Thats why they choosed that kind of furniture. 1) Staff at registration counter lack of smile to guest. We came there by car and the parking was difficult to find and the cars had to moved a few times in order to get in and out. The windows are not sound proof . There was too much traffic noise from the main road. Rooms facing the main road tend to be noisy. Opt for rooms facing the carpark instead.Can hear the noise from upstair's room. The room could do with some modernising. shower not working. noisy. can hear people running around in the room above. Parking area. The lighting in the bathroom is too dim. Room 106 got cigarette smell. By that time upper room make noise to us all night time. Forced my friends to change room in midnight time. Noisy and no breakfast is provided. Hotel room & furniture are rather old. Was going to stay 3 nights but checked out after 1 night because of cockroaches! The receptionist was very understanding and helpful.
