Second time I've spend some days in this wonderfull hotel. Next tima if I go to Kuala Lumpur I definittely will use this friendly hotel with excellent cousin :). value for money for 5 stars hotel. I got cheaper price trough letsbookhotel.com. The pool and facilities are suitable for family. The foods are excellent. As usual, I love every minute staying here. I like the nature and quiet atmosphere of the hotel. The facilties in the room are in good order.

Broad band internet is cheap now. It is available free even in cafes. many hotels, even budget ones do provide free wi-fi. I could not understand why there is no free internet or wi-fi. The rate chargeable is high. No ASTRO/UNIFI complete tv channels. Only some sport and news ones were available. There were old and boring movies on vision 4 channels. No wifi in rooms,only in public areas. Basic breakfast that repeats everyday. I stayed 2 nights, thus 2 days in a row I had to eat same things. Not so much choice of local stuff. No free wifi in the room. An issue with my booking could not be resolved without course to letsbookhotel.com, even when the manager agreed that there was an issue and his staff had made a simple error. The issue was eventually resolved, but it was infuriating to have to use the website as middle man when he and I were standing face to face. I booked for no-smoking room but was given smoking room. The F&B..can improve a lot more. My family members didn't enjoy your F&B. Slightly overpriced. Old furniture and carpets. price. nothing. The restaurant could have been more "intimate" with less dining-hall atmosphere. Noisy and unpersonal. Staff was excellent and truly great service, but they couldn't compensate for the a bit factory-like impression. It has known better times. New personell not as motivated and well trained as it used to be a couple of years ago. 1. The shower water pressure is very low when turn to cold water. I stayed at Level 7. 2. Key card - experienced a number of times the card could not open the room. Had to walk all the way back to the reception. A little disappointed if we have many bags to carry. Not sure whether it is due to the change of allocating another room. few stray cats around. No free internet access in the room which some other hotels provide for free. The location is too far from other facilities. Quite bored. And the hotel room and furnitures look old. - Private location, not soo convenience - Provided breakfast not variable enough. Check out procedures need to be improved. They charged my credit card before I had a chance to check my bill... the swipe card failed twice when we tried to enter our room. Location. i didn't like restaurant crew working, when i ask for some coffee,crew told me coffee there not teach me how to do and i find some crew NO ONE to assist me.. Is 5 star hotel SERVICE?. Damp bedroom. Service from staff. Bar prices were extortionate. Hotel is not convenient for airport, it is over 30 mins away. Whole place needs refurbishment. Breakfast was chaos.
