The room looks really cool and modern, in back tones. It's very well made, I love the buttons to turn light and all such small but very convenient details. Room included everything I need in good quality. Room smelled good without sign of smoke. They even gave free couple of cans with cola and beer within the room rate - again minor but pleasant detail. Location is quite good although a bit off the main center.

Daniela Zeng Guest Service Officer was extremely helpful and made checking in to the hotel very easy. Buffet in the restaurant also first class. EVERYTHING! I loved the people, (although their english was hard to understand) , the facilities, location and convinient shutle service free. All was a dream come true. The rooms are big and close to luxurious. The location is perfect to explore the Macau peninsula, and jus 70 patacas way from city of dreams, by taxi. Really good staff, friendly and efficient. Room has a very decent size. None. only location is good because in city central. The only thing is that there are few lifts to the hotel rooms and they are quite busy with casino visitors who goes to lower floors. So you can spend at least 5 minutes waiting to get to your room. Obviously, visitors include casino players, so sometimes expect for drunk and load audience. Air-con not cold and bed were not comfortable, too soft. If you are a non-smoker you will disturb by renovation noise from 9am to 6pm at level 17. nothing. Loved every minute. If are going for gambling, the casino is not the most exciting. The buffet at the grand emperor is just average!. Nothing really. No shuttle bus to pick up from ferry terminal to hotel , but from hotel to ferry is available. Behaviour of lobby cafe staff - refused to let my wife sit for even a few minitues without ordering something,while I went back to our room to get something, although we were executive room guests. The twin beds should be queen size instead of twin size. No one speaks english.. the room not very clean and have some smell ,also every thing in the room is old.
