Everything. From the people, who don't jump at you like at other hotels, just an refreshingly polite, easy, friendly yet highly professional manner that is making me return to the area. No point of going into "cleanliness" as their standards are equal to their exceptional big brother next door, the Mondorf Parc Hotel, through which you can reach the spa. A nice bathrobe and bath slippers to use at the spa are provided, can't ask for anything else. Hope the snow lets up so I can get there later .
