The friendliness of the Staff. Calm enviormet, clean room, nice staff. Good breakfast from 6 AM, friendly staff, clean practical rooms, free wireless internet is great, free and easy parking, very close to shopping center (walking distance) and highway (10 mins to Lux downtown), good restaurant in same building. included internet access. There were no notices telling you anything about the hotel or the times of the breakfast and the worst was not telling us to keep our room key on Sunday so we had to wait in the rain for 20 minutes before someone came and let us in.
