The hotel reserves the right to preauthorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10 per night for cots.
One children from 6 to 11 years is charged EUR 15 per night in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes
3 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.

Internet
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5 per 24 hours.
