It's a really lovely place unlike most of the traditional hotel rooms. I read someone complaining about kitchenette being not big enough to actually cook there. I stayed at a budget studio for one person (don't know the situation with the other studios) - the kitchenette there is highly usable if you are not planning to cook a three-course meal, of course. For making breakfast it's just fine; use lower shelves of the uppers to keep needed ingredients at hand. Add a musical TV channel and a smal.

You get a (genuinely) newly refurbished, well-maintained, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and VERY well thought-out studio/room (believe me, I spend up to 6 months of the year in hotel rooms), with the felxibilty to self-cater, within walking distance of the Old Town/city centre. Audrius, the guy who runs the place, lives on site and is so very helpful. And all for a superb price. THANK YOU!. Lvovo appartments is on a walking distance to Old Town, app 15 min. The studio is very cosy, nicely designed and furnished. There is a kitchennette equipped with everything you might need. There are toiletries and hairdryer in the bathroom and even a washing machine. There was a safe in the room and sleepers. Attention to every detail. The owners are really nice andwelcoming. We really enjoyed our stay!. The landlord Audrius is friendly and approachable and really made me feel welcome. The flat is comfortable and well-located and I really enjoyed my stay. Excellent hot shower with plenty of water pressure. My room had a clothes washer in it, very convenient for the traveller. Comfortable beds. Absolutely splendid. Wifi was iffy at first but the landlord rebooted the modem and it was perfect after that. In general very clean and cozy apartment, delighted with design of the room and soft bed. Very nice, cozy, just 15 minutes walk to old town , and very close, 5 minutes to big malls airport shuttle stop is in front of the apartment, 88 bus, cost 1 euro the bus and train are farther away like 30 minutes, walk, but 2 blocks from the bus and train also have a 88 stop it has kitchen, and you will feel like at home, very clean. Šeimyniškių is quite a busy road, so if you know you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring your ear plugs or whatever you're used to. Truly, nothing!. Only tiny, minor nits: the kitchenette could use a little dish-drainer for washing up... the kitchen tap has the red and blue marks for hot and cold reversed. Nothing a little IKEA couldn't improve on. Everything else was excellent. None - amazing apartment. Liked everything. It was warm when I was in Vilnius, and, with the window closed it was stuffy. With the window open the street noise was noticeable. I think rooms that faced the back would not be as noisy. It is located on a rather busy road, so it can be a little bit noisy sometimes. The location on a large boulevard makes it a bit loud in the morning (just pack your earplugs). Color the towels (dark red). I would like white. Really was satisfied by everything, but there are some details, noticing them, hope to help owners to make their place even better. It was a bit cool (stayed in December), #51 door was creaking, hot water was marked in blue, cold in red :) Suggest to add a shoehorn and may be some shoe brush. +/- strange water, your skin feels soapy no matter how thoroughly soap were washed off, but after you dry skin - all is OK (maybe the water content high alkali precent?). Loved everything about it. 20 min walk to old town. No. no curtains. It was a bit noisy but when closed the windows we hardly hears anything. Nothing.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival (at least 30 minutes before arrival). A security deposit of EUR 100 per apartment will be charged on arrival and refunded in cash on departure. At the discretion of the owner, the deposit may be raised to EUR 300 per apartment. It is possible to check in until 02:00. Please inform Lvovo Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
