The staff was most helpful, everything was very well arranged (car parking in the back yard). the location, the cleanliness, the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. We visited Vilnius, some restaurants and market of Vilnius. The name says it all!. Good staff. Location. The room was basic but spotless, and there was a simple fresh buffet breakfast each morning. Great location too !.
all reviews » Nice hotel located very close to city center. Room and bathroom were clean. We arrived 2 hours before check-in but very nice receptionist invited us to our room :) Parking place opposite the entrance.Walking distance to the Old City and restaurants. Outside the really expensive parts of the Old Town but with easy and speedy access to the 'tourist' areas. A safe area to be in - and very close to points of arrival in Vilnius - the bus and train stations.The location - close to the Old town and to the bus station and railwaystation.Staff - very politeand helpful. This hotel is very good. Breakfast was varied and tasty.Central location, friendly staff, sufficient breakfast. nThe hotel is neer the center. Clean and economical. Close to city center. We tried to establish a wi-fi connection in the hotel room and the lobby, but that was not easy, since it was already too late to contact Tele2 service provider to give us the password and login to get online (at least that was what we were told at the reception). the noise level from the plumbing. No, for 3 stars it was excellent. If the price of 40 Eur per room will be the same, we will take with as sister of my wife with her husband and came regularly every 2 month to spend our money in celebrity market of Vilnius. First day the room was cold, but we were offered a heater straight away. No english language channels on the tv, but that's just a very small point !. They offer rooms for smokers but there are no such rooms, the whole hotel is for non-smokers. Our room was on the top (5th) floor but the lift goes only to the 4th. Window wasn't really airtight - the room was quite cold in the morning - it could be a problem in the winter. Little choice at breakfast. First room was very small for us but the staff accommodated us to a larger room which made our stay comfortable.On one night a large group of very rowdy hotel guests were allowed to gather on the pavement, shouting and laughing until 5;00 a.m. It was necessary to dress, go to reception and ask for them to be quiet. Several guests complained about this - the complaints should have been anticipated by reception. Not really, everything was ok. We booked a double room, and we had two single bed :(. Terrible noise coming via ventilation channel from other rooms. Very cold room, while the heater was brought after request. In room have not soap, hairdrayer. No heating while 8-9 degrees outside. Poor brekfast. No wardrobe in our room.small room, no internet access in rooms as promised, the elevator goes only to the 4th floor, but my room was on the 5th floor so I had to carry my really heavy suitcases on stairs. Low understanding of English, Lack of infrainstructures besides rooms (don't have cafetaria). Excessive price when compared with better located and with higher quality Vilinius'hotels. .
