The staff were friendly and the room was big and clean. The breakfast timing was so good since they extend it till 11 am which makes us sleep more. The location is just so perfect that u are just 10 min away from beirut and the same for jounieh. It was close to everything. In a very safe area. All services are provided. Taxi, car rental, take-out, hair salons, pharmacy and shopping nearby.

Closer to Jounieh and Batroun for a day trip up that way. Definitely for the budget traveller which is great as I didnt expect to spend time in my hotel room. Free wifi in lobby. Free internet access in room but only via a cable.. Not good if you have a Mac Air. :). Clean, quite, friendly stuff who apgraded my to family suite, everything is nearby like restaurants, gym, hair dressers and many other shops. The room is big and comfy, the location is great although a couple of signs from the main road won't be a bad idea. Staff made all the difference very friendly and helpfull. I didnt like that there is no wifi internet in the rooms, they gave us a wire to use internet so we had to have a laptop to access otherwise it was impossible to connect from other devices. The service. Sometimes I would have to call several times for things. I really had to grind some gears if I needed anything. Had to switch my room 4x in a 25 day period. There was nothing bad. Breakfast area is a bit too small. No WIFI in rooms Sometimes noisy. Location is far a bit from centre ville. there are no terrasse. nothing. The picture was not the same room that was given. No sofa in the room. At these prices you cant complain about what you are getting... Higher price would have only complained about the room being stuffy on arrival and not aired out. The rooms are a little tired compared to website but all in it was just what we needed. Elevator needed maintenance in block C, there is no airport shuttle, and it's a bit confusing to get there. clean in general but i found a dead cockroach in the room. Also a little more care on the bathroom toiletries would be good. WiFi is not available in the room as described, you need a cable to connect to your laptop, but can't work on mobile as it was in my case. Reception in one building and the room in another about 200 meters away Noisy Room heating is an old fashioned split system. All stuff are not professional at all they are not experienced and so dull except Mr. Anthony (front desk). theres no wifi in the otherblock of the hotel. Tv chanels options. Unfortunately, the hotel was not credible at all, as the wifi is only in the lobby of the original block, so there was no wifi in the room!. pillows, pillows & pillows very old pillows not clean, i woke up the first night with neck & head pain, i asked for new pillows but it was bad. the parking.
