The location, staff, breakfast (until 11 a.m.!) were super. Very queit during nights though the railway is not far. Warm in the room. There were a free safetybox, iron and tee facilities in the room. Comfortable beds. Very decent breakfast even with vine (cottage cheese -"tvorog" - and diary products were super!). Very responsive personnel, any excurcions, taxi, whatever is necessary - ast your disposal. Very close to the center places of interest and the opera (5 min walk).

The staff were efficient and friendly. For instance, within a short time of moving into our room we discovered that we had very little wifi coverage. Staff immediately rectified the problem, by delivering to our room a wifi extender.
The hotel is in a wonderful location, within the old town, and in a street full of restaurants.
Parking is 200 metres away...but a lot longer due to one way streets.
Breakfast was good.
