  I enjoyed staying in the hotel. The room was very clean, and there was everything I needed. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The location is great, it is right in the old town, 5 min walking from the railway station and the city centre is 20 min away on foot. All the staff speaks Russian and English and is friendly an... what people say » d helpful. - Everything was great, from breakfast, confort, location, staff and Spa. I would only ajust the temperature of the pool that was, in fact, a bit cold. I will definatly consider this hotel in a future visit, if the price is still atractive!

  Friendly staff opened the door for me when I arrived at 5.30 Am, even I did not inform them my arrival time before, really appreciate that.   Everything is Ok 1) perfect location. According to many Latvians this hotel is the best, because it is situated in the centre, in the most important street of the city, Kalku iela. Around the building, there is so much room, in the sense that no other buildings suffocate the air around. On the 7th floor of the hotel, big room, with music and a spectacul view as well from such a highness. 3) - The breakfast buffet was amazing, with many choices, and different kinds of "breakfasts" (continental, eastern european, northern european, southern european, sweet and salty.....). Also, the rooms, even "standards", are big and beds very comfortable. Location is perfect, close to everything (city centre, art nouveau quarter, old town, bus station, parks...). The staff was very friendly.

  We had two rooms that were connected to each other with a small hall. It was a really nice option for a family room since we travelled with our 2 kids. The staff were very kind and the breakfast ok! The location couldn't be better! - Very helpful and efficient staff.   Enjoyed our stay in the old town of Riga, made more enjoyable by us staying at the Hotel Justus.Upon our arrival at Riga airport, we were met by a very nice driver who was holding a sign with my name on it. This was arranged by the airport, at a cost.Checkin at the hotel flowed smoothly, and we were allowed to enter the room, well before the adve... what people say » rtised Checkin time.All the staff were very polite, happy and good with their English language. Breakfast was excellent. We also loved the position of - The staff were efficient and friendly. For instance, within a short time of moving into our room we discovered that we had very little wifi coverage. Staff immediately rectified the problem, by delivering to our room a wifi extender. The hotel is in a wonderful location, within the old town, and in a street full of restaurants. Parking is 200 metres away...but a lot longer due to one way streets. Breakfast was good.
