This place is a real European-style hotel, just 2 or 3 years old, and was a lucky find for me. Fixtures and furnishings are elegant, as is the entire hotel. Great restaurant that features the hotel's private wine label. I met the genial owner and his daughter who gave excellent advice on the local attractions. I wound up staying an extra day just to enjoy the ambiance, the view from my window, and the bargain room rate. If you're going to Prizren, I doubt you'll find any accommodation that.

It was very quiet while we were there. Everything is new,the staff is very attentive and the views from the rooms are astounding, albeit a bit far from the center of town. Everything brand new, very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff (just one guy) who gave us a lift into town. Value for money, quiet location, large room, parking space, complimentary wine (made by the owners). There was à problem with the swimmingpool and they give us discount and free breakfast. Lovely receptionist who made the stay a lot better than it may have been. Staff was extremely helpful. Very good accomodation, nice people, very good wine made exactely there...hospitality is above anything I have seen in the Balcans. People from the hotel talk both English and French(very rare thing and also very useful) and are ready anytime to give any help you may need...nice roof. confortable room, polite people. Big comfortable bed, the city is great. Absolutely nothing. Nothing. The air con in the room was not powerful enough for a cool room at night. Balcony guarding is dangerously low, a child or worse for wear adult could easily fall over. Not a particularly cozy place, meagre breakfast, not close to the city centre (but the latter may also be an advantage as the hotel is on the edge of town where the agricultural land begins), swimming pool out of order. About 10 minute drive out of centre. Late checkin for me and early checkout, probably that's way I had no tv. I dropped dead anyway after the difficult trip through the mountains so it didn't matter much. Much more than 1.5 km ftom city center, I came by foot and I needed more than 30 minutes from the busstation and 45 minutes from city center. far away from city center. Bad staff, no electricity, poor breakfast, too far from the city centre. No staff - No kitchen - Awful breakfast - 4 stars ? No way !!!.
