My room was really nice and pleasant and there is an excellent hotel facility such as - I was very touched by the earnestly attentive and friendly staff who really tried to help me in every way they could. The room is huge with high ceilings and sweeping views. Lovely garden terrace on the roof where you'll be served morning coffee. The hotel will gladly arrange a private driver to take you to see some stunning scenery around the country (they will quote you the price beforehand depending on the length of time and how far you travel).   This hotel captures the hospitable spirit of Albanians of Kosovo, is one of the best hotels I have been in, I mean you can listen to the news while in the shower, it doesn't get more posh than that. Oh, and Sara, the reception lady is the sweetest, along with the rest of the staff. Hotel was one street back from a main street so was relatively quiet (compared with other options in the same area). Very close to good restaurants, cafes and easy walking distance to pedestrian zone, EULEX and GoK ministries / offices. Excellent value for money.
