Location is very strategic behind Myeongdong station and a few minutes
walk to Namsam cable car free elevator to the Seoul n Tower. We stayed
in a bunk bed private room which is part of a three bedroom one bathroom
apartment. The living room is spacious with sofa and tv. Owners are
friendly and helpful. Helped me to carry one of my luggage to the
station. Surprised when I was given a lovely bookmark as a souvenir:)

So budget friendly! We stayed in the two twin bed room with shared
bathroom. There is a lot of storage space and the beds are quite
comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly in navigating
Seoul and suggesting places to see. We were able to do laundry in the
facilities for free. The place was quiet and clean. Also, the walk to
the subway is quite close. Young is a great host!.
The staff is great, they cared about us,said where to go better,talked to us. The location is good as well, very close to Myongdong station, to shops, lots of restourants around, Seoul Tower is 5mins walk. Per 3 rooms there is a living room with a big TV-set and bath-toilet room. In reception-room there is a washing machine, toaster, cold-hot water, tea, coffee and a computer.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is only 5 minutes to Myeongdong station, where you basically don't need to go anywhere else to shop. The facilities are convenient and new. The staff even helped us to carry big-sized suitcases upstairs, which I didn't see anyone ever doing that for customers.
The owner is super nice! I must salute him for his warm hospitality..
Always going the extra mile to ensure his guests get the best he can

Hygiene and water distillers provided everywhere. The Koreans are very innovative. Ask a Korean and he or she will be ever so willing to help.

The location is very good, just 5 minutes from the metro station and in a very central neighbourhood in Seul.
Perfect location to get to the Meyongdong shopping area (about 5 mins
walk). Its very clean and does have a washing machine to use, however
'basic' does really mean basic!.

To get to hostel from myeongdong station is a tiring hike as you need to
go up hill. Bed is not soft enough to my standard, but sleeping is not a
problem after a full day of activities.
The directions to get to J-Honor are unclear since it is up a couple
of turns. Ask at a convenience store to call if you get lost - Young
was able to find us and guide us. Bring your walking shoes - Seoul has
many hills!.
In the rooms there are no any tables, so it´s unconvenient. And as a bath and a toilet is a mix-room, sometimes it's necessary to wait for a long time.
The map location was not to accurate. But it was alright. Nothing to
complain for the price we pay!.

There was just one bathroom for 7 people in our appartment. Not even an independent wc.
Our room shared a balcony with the one next to us and, as there were no curtains, the light from the other room illuminated ours at night. this was not very nice.
The room was vey small for two.
The bed is like laying on a plank of wood, the tv and bathrom are
communal not in each room and the towels are hand towels and do not get
changed. Also the temperature, which cannot be changed is about a
million degrees, we literally slept with all the windows open and it was
-5 degrees celcius outside with snow!! The owner also would not call is
a cab Just dont stay here unless you like difficult!.
Room is too small compared to pictures. Can't even got space for two checkin lagguage.
Bed not clean.
