The friendliness of the staff. They are always there willing to help you in any need you may have! I go often to Almaty and stay always in this hotel because they make me feel at home!. Clean, friendly and good facilities. My room was large and very comfortable, with a nicely fitted out en suite bathroom. The spa, pool area is also of a very high standard. The hotel itself is great, the room is nice and well equipped. The bathroom was also quite nice and big.
