  The guest relations lady was very helpful and spoke good English, and I could request for her assistance to recover my hat that I had accidentally dropped the night before at a restaurant. She was helpful with places to visit, where to eat etc. Nice, clean hotel and easily accessible to important places. - English speaking manager, very friendly ... what people say » and very competent.
