Good location, close to Tsukiji Market and the Hamarikyu Gardens. Even if the market is closed (as when we stayed in the hotel), there are some pretty good eating spots in the vicinity where one can find fresh fish and seafood. The washing machine in the room was a pleasant bonus after the trip. The breakfast was provided in a restaurant nearby, which required a short walk but was not too tiring. Quality was good, and a European breakfast provided as an option (although we have not tried it).
all reviews » - great value for money - great location for shopping, very close to metro, easy to find - high-speed and stable wi-fi - tasty and filling breakfasts (japanese or european based on your choice) from 6 to 10 am in a cafe 1 min walk from the reception - extreme helpful staff - well equipped (microwave, kettle, large TV...) - surprising details: free coffee machine at the reception, e.g. toothbrush and toothpaste, green tea, shoe polish, slippers etc. provided - well air-conditioned. Very helpful staff - my flight was delayed by one day and they changed my reservation without any problem. Great location - very close to Tokyo Metro, many good restaurants and shops nearby. Clean and comfortable room, definitely not small. Good breakfast - 4 continental and 4 Japanese sets to choose, free drinks. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely choose the hotel again and recommend it to everyone. The staff was very helpful. The hotels location was perfect. After a long flight from US/Canada - plenty of time to have a sashimi breakfast in the market and easily make the 11:00am checkout - short cab-ride to the jr station to catch the shinkansen - recommended - I would stay here again. Great hotel. We stayed here so we could walk to the fish market for the tuna auction - two streets away. Arrived at just after 4:00am and there were already 65 people in line. Hotel had everything could want including great hot shower, comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, WiFi and kitchenette in the room. Would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, just beside the Tsukiji Market. And it's not far from the Tsukiji & Higashi-Ginza Station. Although the room is not quite big but the facilities is good. I'm amazed by the washing & drying machine in the room, it let me come home with a suitcase of clean clothes. This is the first time for us and upon seeing the room we were amazed to find all the electrical appliance like the washer dryer humidifier microwave even though we didn't get to use them it makes us feel like home and there is definitely going to be the next tine for us here again. The location of the hotel by the fish market is perfect for those seafood lovers and it's quite close to Ginza and several metro stations. The staffs are very friendly. Nothing I can remember... - the room was a bit small but OK for passing nights - your room is not completely cleaned for short stays (less then 1 week I think), but e.g. towels are changed every day. Everything was perfect. The room and bed were kind of small but standard as compared to normal Japan hotels. Room was a bit too warm, could not figure out how to cool it down, opened the window for fresh air & that took care of it - don't bother with the free breakfast, eat in the fish market for something really memorable - the freshest yellowtail I have ever experienced !. Nothing. Nothing really! Perhaps, if I really have to complain, I would say that the chair did not have a fixed back, so was tiring to work at computer for long. A minor point. Would recommend that at least towels be changed every other day for stays greater than six days. Twin room had no drawers for clothes. Would also recommend that the beds be raised so that luggage can be stored underneath. I would also forgo the room rate including breakfast and instead buy a coupon for 500 yen from the front desk if you really want to eat breakfast. Only small things that are not very important; like not being able to enter the balcony (event though it is there); like the size of the room being so typical for the hotels in Japan. Check out time too early. bit expensive should be more flexible to allow check in slightly earlier. rubbish bin empty once a week. None, I was very happy we booked this place. What a suprise that the card keys show the room number. facilities are old.
