The staff was excellent and everyone spoke really good English, the rooms are really spacious and western style, they are clean and have AC, lots of amenities, there's a small office on each floor where you can search the web have free coffee or other drinks, print documents and they have a massaging chair, you can read in there and they also have a small breakfast in there till 10:00 a.m. I think, the bathroom is spacious and comes with amenities, the tub is standard american size. And the toi.
all reviews » The hopsitality and efficiency of staff. Parking avalaible. The room size is ideal and bed is comfortable unlike the common hotels in Tokyo. Basic and toiletries are clean and sufficient. The Jap bfast was good traditional taste and serving. Hver, the main dish of fish was small with too many bones. Hver good service that gives us good Jap atmosphere. Lastle the efficiency of booking .com. Close to Ginza for shopping. The nearby shops and eateries are good eg ramen (miso). Breakfast wasn't included in my room rate, so I was delighted that I was given access to a "lounge" with kitchen facilities, tea coffee, fresh croissants and pastries provided for breakfast. It made the mornings very relaxed. The lounge also had a computer and a massage chair to add to the comfort. And the hotel is in a great area that I enjoyed exploring on foot. And I did have wifi in my room! The staff were very helpful in arranging tours, taxis, etc. The Triple Room we booked was small, but totally sufficient for people who are out in the city the whole day anyway. Free tea and coffee in the room. The room was totally quiet and the beds heavinly comfortable. The area of Daimon is really great, a lot of restauarants, Karaoke, 7/11. There is a direct connection both to Haneda and Narita airport for 1300 Yen. All in all, very good. Comfortable hotel in a very good position for Metro and Yamanote Line. A very nice place with many little restaurants nearby, temples to visit, Tokyo Tower and other attractions. Room was clean and large. Staff very nice and gentle!! A place to suggest. If you need a nice place to say a few days in Tokyo, and simultaneously budget-friendly and in a good location, this is the right hotel. A good 3 star hotel. The Shiba-Koen area is quite relaxed and restful, though still a part of a vibrant Metropolitan area. We love the fountain in the annex building!. Excellent value considering the location; the spacious rooms and bathrooms with full bath; the inclusion of a continental breakfast and an excellent location for many of the main locations of interest in Tokyo. Staff was excellent and assisted me with various requests. Room is large by Tokyo standards. Metro station and convenience store within a 2 minute walk. The only bad thing is that it could get expensive if you stay here for more than a week, it's pricy but worth every penny, I'd only recommend staying here a few days just as a treat to pamper yourself. When I need to adjust my room bookings within a week on my actual stay the hotel price increase nearly 25-30% despite having genuine reasons that my son had to leave earlier for his last minute notice of exam. No WiFi in our room, but I think they are working on that. There is free WiFi in the Business corner, though. Carpets need replacing - rather stained in corridors. Furnishing and carpets in the room needs refreshing. In-house restaurant prices, cheap forniture. We were 3 and the room had 2 beds and 1 couch made into a bed, it wasn't that comfortable. For the money we paid I think everyone should get a normal bed!. The hotel is pretty basic, with old furniture and facilities. Staff speaks poor English. No wifi in the rooms. there is no activities at the hotel. too quite during the evening. the open space parking lots should be converted into some fun or family spot area. House bar closed on Saturday?. Thin walls - can hear room next door but not too much of an issue. Room is very cramp for family with small children. Need more options for cable television-English speaking or subtitles -. Minimal currency exchange facility (machine) WiFi in room only worked by either sitting in the toilet or standing by the entry Hotel Staff response to noise made by rowdy guests at 2am was minimal and seemed not to care.
