Our flight was delayed and we arrived past 10:30 pm, but they still had the free shuttle to the hotel running until 11:00 pm (later than other hotels). It was extremely convenient being right next to the airport as we were all tired. Rooms were clean and comfortable, larger than what you would normally expect for other hotels in Japan. Reasonably priced compared to many other hotels we researched. We could see part of the airport and planes from our window, but noise was not a problem. Ven.
all reviews » This is our second stay at this Hotel. It is clean comfortable and very convenient for Narita airport. One can walk to it easily in 8/9 minutes or there is a regular shuttle bus. This hotel allows check in from 1.00 pm so one can drop off luggage and head into Narita-san (by train from the airport) to visit the amazing Shinshoji-temple. This temple is often missed yet, with it's many colourful and varied buildings, beautiful lakeside and woodland walks it has much more to offer than many of it. Great hotel, staff friendly, 5 min walk to narita airport, 5 min walk to train station or bus stops, free shuttle bus if you have lots of luggage. If you are here for a day stopover don't bother going to Tokyo, go to narita town, 5 min train ride for ¥250, tons of lovely restaurants and a huge temple, the town has an old village feel, great to get a real view of local Japanese style, rather than busy Tokyo concrete at triple the price. Will definitely stay here again, cheap price too!. The airport hotel was extremely handy for the international terminal which I was flying from, with complimentary shuttle bus to/from airport. It was only a 5 minute walk to terminal (without bags) which was very handy for all the food outlets/shops situated in terminal even though the hotel had a restaurant. The room was large and clean with a small fridge and kettle which was handy. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay and I would certainly stay here again. It is very convenience, from Narita Airport access to the hotel, free shuttle bus is provided for to & fro trips.I'm so happy that when I reached at 10pm, I can just borad the shuttle bus and reached hotel in10 min., the pickup point is easy to locate at T2. next morning I took the bus at 6:30am back to T2, and managed to catch the train to Tokyo station to board the JR train to Hokkaido.all arranged according to my schedules. On arriving at Narita Airport we found the information desk directing us to the pickup point for our coach bus yes coach bus to take us the the hotel , on arriving at the hotel which was only a 2 min travel we entered the hotel and were greeted by the very well spoken and friendly staff then to our room which was excellent clean roomy and comfortable . Easy walk (under 10 minutes) plus on-time, frequent and fast shuttle bus to/from terminal (every 20 minutes, about 3 minutes door to door). Room large and comfortable, plenty of space. I preferred to check in at this hotel in the afternoon prior to departure date and do shopping at the airport department store, thereby packing the stuffs at the hotel very efficiently. The hotel is within a 5-minute walking distance from the terminal 1 or you can take hotel bus. Location excellent for transitory travellers, within easy walking distance of the airport, rooms smallish (by Australian standards) but clean and comfortable. Transit time from Downtown Tokyi takes a very long time. Price is very good (ca eur46 for a double). Wifi is free-of-charge. It's located 5 minutes far from both airport terminals. So it turns out to be a very comfortable location in case of your flight leaves early. the price Also i stayed there during a 14 hour layover in tokyo, so from 11 am to 6 pm, was nice to get rested before getting on the plane, and those are awkward hours to want to use a bed. definitely helped with the jet lag. If you want to walk to terminal 2 you will encounter some fences, the walkway is not completely suitable for suitcases. The teapot was too small to boil water for consumption. it was exactly what i need, cheap, affordable with very flexible hours. Metal entry doors to the rooms which created unnecessary noise if slammed. The building is a bit old and outdated, though clean. Breakfast is very expensive. starts looking a bit tired, yet ok for an airport layover stay. Should be renovated soon. Bed was a little hard. The carpet in the hallway had huge stains, and there was a bit of mold in the bathroom. Place seemed really old, and I had to use an actual key to get in my room. Run down, but hey, that's what you get for this low price. Airco broken down, so very hot in this room (23 nov.). Slight smell of cigarette smoke when airco is on. Breakfast to expensive (1800¥pp), we didn't take it. Cigarette smell on corridors, outdated, poor breakfast. Old dated furniture but was fine for one night. Could not open bedroom as love but of fresh night air otherwise ALL very good indeed. There is no simple breakfast, only buffet. Before catching flights, it's nice if we just have a continental breakfast. getting a bit worn, some stains on carpets etc. the shower was too crowded, the clock was not easily viewable from bed, the breakfast has limited selection for foreighers.
