The hotel is less than 5 mins walk from Tenmabashi station. The room is a little too small compared to other hotels that we have stayed in kyoto and kobe but it has all the facilities e.g. toilet with bathtub, toiletries, hair dryer, tv and fridge. There's also clean towels and yukatas provided. The hotel is close to osaka castle. Everything, clean, easy to find, good location and right by the metro station as well as shopping and some nice food, very very good value for the money in my opinion.

If I was really hard pressed to find a fault I would just breakfast is overpriced, just find another place. I have tried to check-in less than 20 minutes before official time and it was not possible. Due to information received at reception desk, late check-out that exceeds 30 minutes is charged half day fee. No fresh air in the room, unable to open the window. Very poor WiFi connetion in the room. Smoke smell in the front lobby. There is no wall between lobby space and smoking area. no free wi-fi in room, breakfast no variety. small rooms, but well equiped. The little knowledge of the english language. small room size. nothing. the smell of smoke. Bathroom is too small. Walls were very thin. The shower pressure was terrible. Open smoking area in the corner of the lobby. Washing machines are free, but they might be complicated to use if you don't understand Japanese (not the typical coin laundry type, way more buttons). The hotel staff gave me smoking room and I did not like the smell of cigarete. Room is small and facilities are old. the room is too small,same as bathroom. Space of the room is too limited and air condition is not function through out our staying period in the hotel. It is not comfortable for 3 person to stay. No room to open the luggage. The price is higher than it's served. no ramp for prams or disabled old interior budget looking hotel very small rooms rooms beds and furniture are very dated not recommended for stayers with small children.
