To use the property's shuttles from JR Kutchan Station or Shin-Chitose Airport, please make a reservation at the time of booking. Guests must check in at the management office (located at 170-304 Yamada, Kutchan) and present a Passport/valid photo ID. Guests using the property's shuttle will be taken directly to the property. Guests are kindly requested to indicate the mode of transport to the property at the time of booking. Guests are required to check-in between 15:00 and 18:00 during the following period: from 31 July until 3 November. Guests can request bedding for each bedroom in the apartment (subject to availability).
