location is very close for shopping, it is located at the end of Koku Saidori. beside the Makishi monorail station. hotel is quite new. staff are nice. the amenities provided by the hotel are very considerate (especially for kids, have very cute toothbrush, turtle shape sponge, etc). good for family with young kids. good for business travel too. the (public) car park is the back of the hotel and not so easy to recognise that it is the car park for the hotel as the hotel sign was small at hotel car park entrance.
