Excellent and helpful staff. They did contact me a long time before my stay and provide me assistance. I got a quiet and comfy room. Although its a little bit far from the Nagoya station, I found lots of good resturants and shops nearby. About 10 mins walk to the shopping area! I will stay there again for sure!. I spent a long time looking for a hotel in Nagoya and chose this one because it had a swimming pool and sauna.
all reviews Great location. Good breakfast with both Japanese style and western style. Very good front desk staff. Also Bell Captain desk was very efficient. everyone is very friendly, good manner. Polite staff. A little bit far from Nagoya station. I did not use the swimming pool and sauna because of the very unreasonable additional cost. I cannot believe that hotel guests are required to pay to use the hotel's facilities. The cost for me and my son to use the pool was more than half of the cost of my accommodation for the night. I believe this is a huge mistake and I will not be recommending this hotel to others on this basis. None. Even I arrived at 1530. I had to wait for 20 minutes for check-in because the room was not available. No Wifi in the rooms!.
