Definitely not my first stay at a five star hotel but Tokyo Palace is indeed one of the best I have experienced. Attention to details is key to Palace hotel, try and you will understand what I mean. -

Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. Compared to other Five star hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed in, Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo is the best so far. It has a wonderful and convenient location, a luxurious and comfortable room. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out.
I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen.
We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip.

This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. The Concierge staff were first rate. They got me all my bookings for the top restaurants with advance notice and keep me informed in all the places to explore.
