  English speaking staff made our welcome more personal than any other hotel we stayed at. Facility was best during our 10-day trip,. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable, always clean, immaculate, and even had a dresser!. Centrally located in Kumamoto with bus stop, street cars very accessible. Location was excellent for shopping and eating. Nearby Kumamoto Castle and it was a nice walk. Room very Comfortable and very clean. We would stay here again.

Easy to find. Great quality (comparable to "top" brands I've stayed in), but very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and others in the chain could be a good option when I travel elsewhere.
