location for getting around the city.
Rooms were very clean and spacious (deluxe twin room). Rooms are also all above 18th floor, ours had a nice view of the city.

we've had and we've had many. Clean rooms with Western style
bathrooms. We were upgraded, and the bathroom was actually luxurious.

It was a very short walk from the train station (5 minutes), clean, comfortable, close to plenty of bakeries, cafes and restaurants. A short walk to the tourist loop bus. Loved the earlier check-in and later check-out. Very good value hotel. -

The hotel is right at the train and bus stations. Great location. Very well decorated. Room was comfortable, staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. Most of them could communicate sufficiently with us in English. The most impressive hotel we stayed in this region.

This hotel has communal baths and I took 2/day. It was very hot in
the daytime so it was great to have the hot batch when we returned from
a ay's sightseeing.
Hotel has buses out front including sightseeing city loop bus. Lobby cafe has rare reasonable coffee including cappuccino.

I loved the fact that the hotel was located right behind the JR station. That was a huge plus! To add on, the hotel was close to the shopping malls! There was even an onsen which was free for all guests, though it was rather small. the rooms were alright, clean, but not very spacious. Wifi was provided at the lobby. The staff were amazing. -
