Bed was really comfortable, much softer than the normal hard beds that seem to be common in Japan. Their map of what was around locally was excellent, as it pinpointed a coin laundry, which we desperately needed at that stage in our trip. Room wasn't overly large, but it was a single room, and was larger than some of the others I have stayed in. Bathroom was a good size. Breakfast provided a good selection of foods, although it might have been nice if they had offered a type of bread other than.

Our daughters room was at the back of the hotel, soft comfortable bed and no noise. There is a coin laundry about a 10 min walk, staff can give you the location on the map. Bathroom is compact but not too small. Adequate breakfast Buffett, ask for a discount voucher when you checkin we got y500 off. Free Internet via lan cable in the rooms, free wifi in the lobby. Position, position, position. Easy walking distance to the memorial park, ferry service etc. Very good value for money, especially if you can get breakfast included in the deal. Wi-fi not avaliable in the room, just in the lobby. Extrafee and early closing time for usage of healthclub. Wrong rate charged. Room requested at time of booking was not available. Check in clerk very rude and unhelpful. Had to speak to another person to get help. ¥2,000 for a swim is a rip off, and no wifi (even to pay for) in rooms. No window view, overvalued. Spent $190.
