  The room was huge with is very appreciated in Japan. The onsen, free for guest at the hotel is a real treat after a day of skiing. The restaurant of the hotel as a very complete buffet at a real reasonable price. The working distance to Happo One is 5 minutes walk. Staff was great, all of them can speak english. - The breakfast Buffett was the best we have had in Hakuba. The Onsen is free to Guests The massage therapists came to the motel. The buses and transport were right out our front door comfortable ok beds

  Well we booked this hotel mainly because we wanted to utilize the patio hot tub and when we arrived we were told pipes were frozen so we could not use it. Pretty bummed out but at least they refunded us for half the cost of the room because of that. Other than that it was a nice cozy room, used the fire place and relaxed. Would come again but will... what people say » call ahead of time to make sure we can relax in the outdoor tub :) - It is away from other hotels/resorts in the middle of woods. Very refreshing. Nice design and very helpful staff. The hot snack and beverages are like god-sent when you come back after all the hard work on the slope!!
