  Staff were very warm and helpful. The manager even went out of his way to research public transport combinations for us to visit the Snow Monkeys as the tour season had yet to start.   Recommended! The staff are very nice!! The room is big and clean. The location is very good, just walk for 3min can take the lift chair or gondola to mountain of Hakuba Goryu. Definitely will visit again next year! - Very friendly and helpful owners.Really nice people
