  All of it. The facilities (really traditional Japanese), all the small things were think about. The service, they even took care of our almost left-behind passports and left-behind goods. They picked us up at the Kawaguchi station. They bring us back to Kawaguchi station any time we have to go there. The staff can speak English good. My email befo... what people say » re going there was replied very clear and the details we need included. The food (we took Japanese breakfast) was sooo good. The hotel was clean. The - 5 course dinner to the room was an amazing experience. Our bedroom was facing mt. Fuji, even though it wasn't the most expensive option. We went for a Japanese style room, it was comfortable and relatively spacious. Onsen is facing lake Kawaguchi. It's well equipped and spotless. You get to wear Japanese dressing gowns, pyjamas and slippers. We asked for a converter, they didn't have it but they kindly lent us their own iphone5 charger.
