Excellent location if you want to be prepared to your next morning flight. The hotel was very nice with magnificent view from the room and the dining hall (54th floor). Big and clean rooms. The outlet stores right next to the hotel were a very good addition to the otherwise not so inspiring neighborhood.

We stayed only one night prior to catching a flight the next morning. The hotel was well suited for this purpose being close to the airport, easy to access and provided free bus transport to the airport the next morning. The room was comfortable and accomodated the three of us. It was also served by a 24 hour convenience store, so we could buy snacks, coffee etc, useful as the hotel did not have a bar service.

Without transfer by hotrl..it's difficult to reach this hotel from kyoto as 3 change by train...but it is nice to overnight before leaving to airport next morning...I got room facing to habour view. IT WAS GREAT -
