  Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked the day before) for me at 5am for only 6 euros! Excellent service.   The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. There is a well equiped kitchen, with satelite tv and a/c. They offer free bicycles for their clients to go around the area. We were too early to check in to our room but the owner kindly stored our bags while we went into Venice and could not have been more helpful.   Staying at Vanessa house is like visiting long lost friends. Elena and Moreno greeted us warmly and showed us our very comfortable and spacious suite - the beds were the best we had in Italy. Everything was very clean and well-maintained - they even cleaned daily. And breakfast was amazing - two tables loaded with food! She welcomed you with open arms and couldn't do enough for you. The accomodations were grear, the bed very comfortable and a well appoined roomy ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, with wonderful coffees and juices, fresh rolls, breads and cakes. you can tell that Elena and Moreno love what they are doing, and if we get the opportunity we will definitely book with them again.
