  The owner of the apartments was always happy to help us out with any requests we had. We stayed in an apartment with sea views and it was fantastic. We can't wait to stay there again. Very quiet, clean and well-maintained place. Excellent location - close to the beach and within a walking distance to the town Villasimius. Rooms nice, simple but functional.

  Definitely great value for money! Location in between the town centre and the beach, about 10 min walk from both places. Our apartment was spotless, lovely swimming pool area, helpful staff. - Loved it! very clean, friendly staff,relaxed family atmosphere. Lots of Italian families there.   Friendly service, nice village. Easy to reach by public transport (we did not have a car) and the free beach shuttle is perfect to get to some very nice beaches. - Very nice apartament, clean, 5 minutes driving from beach, just 100 meters walking to the supermarket and very quite area. Perfect!

  We had a great stay at the Residence Le Fontane. Surprisingly the apartments are much nicer in real life than in the photographs. Each apartment has its own small private balcony. There wasnt a table and chairs on the balcony but we just took out the ones from the apartment.   The setting of Fenicia is beautiful, cut into hills with lovely views of the sea and mountains. I felt relaxed immediately, it's a proper 'holiday' place. I was very impressed with the appartment; it was clean, spacious and had plenty of storage and a laundry stand to hang wet towels; there were even places to store your suitcases - they had thoug... what people say » ht of everything. The kitchenette had all the practical things you need on holiday but don't want to bring with you. The attention to detail is thorou - There is hardly a better relaxing place in southern Sardinia than Villasimius and there is hardly a place with a better view and better access to the beach than the Residencia Fenicia. It is actually as nice as in the pictures. Breakfast is absolutely fine for italian holiday standards, but could have a little variation over time. Rooms are clean but are only cleaned once a week. There are all facilities for cooking but we had to buy salt, oil, detergent. Wifi is good and costs 5 Euros for 1
