Excellent hotel. The staff really took the time to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. You could really feel the love of a familyrun hotel. The food was delicious. We intended to stay for one night, but for the food made by "la mama" and the hospitality made us decide to stay longer. Staff also recommended some nice places to visit. Hotel is well located, just few steps from the promenade and the beach. We have received the upgrade on the arrival. Room was clean, big and well equipped. But the best part of this hotel is the personal with very good English, friendly, ready to advise and help. This is very nice family run hotel with nice atmosphere.
all reviews » Our host and hostess: both were outgoing, knew the area, had teriffic recommendations on restaurants, and didn't mind when we asked for wine glasses in the afternoon. The location: 1/2 block from the beach and 1/2 block from the park. The rooms: spacious, clean, and full of character. Very friendly,helpful family owners which also encouraged pleasant atmosphere among international guests). Clean. Generous buffet breakfast and very tasty home cooked evening meal. Cosy sitting room.Very near to beach and pretty wooded park as well as to shops and bus to Pisa airport. Shower was oldfashioned. - bed looks like a twin bed but is in fact 2 beds that tend to drift apart. I don't understand why this hotel has only 2 stars?! It's much better! And stuff that work there like at 5 stars hotels. Room right in front of the lobby, very hard to sleep in the morning as people come and go. absent elevator, shower is not comfortable. Cant think of anything. Le docce andrebbero decisamente migliorate. Noisy customers.
