  It was very very clean, and the rooms were so comfortable and new. We had a balcony terrace in our room and we had breakfast outside every morning. The place only has 3 rooms, but there are 3 washrooms. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of kitchen supplies. And look out for the breakfast- there is so much to choose from!!! So good!!!   The location was excellent, in convenient walking distance from the centre of Verona and especially the Arena. The B&B was small and intimate, very clean, comfortable and situated on the first floor of an apartment block. There was no sign outside and so we felt like temporary residents rather than tourists! Although she didn't speak English she couldn't do enough to help us and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The location is great, only 7 minutes walk to the arena and not too far from the railway station. Very good value for money in comparision to other centrally located hotels.   Spacious and very clean. The room is nicely decorated, and there's a home feeling to it. We could tell the owner pays attention to details in decoration. We got there earlier than the check-in time but the owner happily accepted us and told the room would be ready in a few minutes.   The owner, Romeo, became a friend more than a host. He provided tons of info about the sightseeing, the culture and the history of Verona. Room was nice and clean. We got the room with the patio: it wasn't larger than a balcony but had a table, an umbrella, two chairs and a lamp, which allowed us to rest and have our meals there. Rooms are nice, very clean and quiet. very good Internet connection and air-conditioning. I stayed for 2 nights and for me it was perfect. It's easy to get to the center and I actually prefer it is located not directly in the city center. I definetely would come back if I was around.

  The best point is the helpful and welcoming staff. They have 2 adorable dogs Milo and (don't remember) who are also very friendly. the dogs are very well behaved and are in day time only. We had the best of all the rooms (we checked all others) it was the - Very friendly owner who gave lots of tips about where to go and what to do. It's really close to the arena. It's about 10 minutes from the Verona Porta Nuova train station on foot and the city is easily accessible by walking. The self service breakfast was a nice idea. There's a massive fridge with lots of food that you can bring back to the room. There were also some lovely snacks in the room, free of charge. Free wifi (that works!)

  Clean comforable rooms, friendly staff, convinient location to explore city on one hand and to explore region on another as train station is very close. Usual continental breakfest. When we were need to leave before official breakfest time, manager just left fridge open for us for night, so we could have coffee, yogurts, milk, flakes, toasts,... ... what people say » at any time - The hotels location is great, only 5 minutes by foot to the train station and 10 minutes to the city centre. The staff was really helpful and nice. Clean room and bathroom. Wi-fi was working good. There is standard breakfast with eggs, two types of flakes, yogurt, toasts, croissants, cheese and bacons, coffee, juice from bottles.
