It was very very clean, and the rooms were so comfortable and new. We
had a balcony terrace in our room and we had breakfast outside every
morning. The place only has 3 rooms, but there are 3 washrooms. The
kitchen is stocked with a lot of kitchen supplies. And look out for the

Great location in the centre of Verona, just 5 minutes from the Roman
arena, and 10-15min walk from train station. We stayed in a room in a
building opposite the main building. The room was well presented and
comfortable. Basic refreshments for breakfast both in the kitchen in
main building and in the corridor in the annexe which was convenient.

This is the best recommendation I've given so far. the host is very thoughtful and friendly, advised many things about the city and does everything to make you feel comfortable. Rooms are nice, very clean and quiet. very good Internet connection and air-conditioning. I stayed for 2 nights and for me it was perfect. It's easy to get to the center and I actually prefer it is located not directly in the city center. I definetely would come back if I was around.

We loved the residence, its room, swiming pool, home made breakfast, kindness of the owner. We especialy liked being remoted from Verona centre, in a quite and relaxing place but still being close to everything, working distance from a great pizzeria, few minutes drive to Verona centre, quick drive to winiards and the lake.

the host was really friendly, her english was perfect! During the whole day and night you could drink for free (only wine was not included) and eat some freshly baked pie. The breakfast was really a HEAVEN!! we had a lovely stay here and recommend it to everybody. It is with the car not so far away from the centre, there is a free parking at the beginning of the centre. The rooms were big and really clean! PERFECT

The rooms were spacious - however there were only two of us in a junior suite, which should have been for four people - it would have been too cramped if four of us had stayed in the same room. -

Really wonderful place to stay. The location is good – in quite nice street near city center full of houses with sweet little gardens. We just crossed the Ponte Pietra and we were already in center! The viewpoint of Castel San Pietro is also not far. Our room was big, cozy, with good lighting and elegant design. Good for romantic holiday, I think.

we absolutely loved this place! the moment you see Laura smiling at you, you immediately feel at home, at the italian home with the room so carefully and thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and so thoroughly cleaned. we took pictures of all the little details in the house. the breakfast was delicious: juice, coffee, milk, yogurt, freshly baked pastries, bread and cheese and jams and also a sandwich of ham, cheese, tomato and olive oil. You're full for the whole day after breakfast.
