Free wireless / good to position to both historic center-suburbs / very good reception staff. Where is situated, the staff (very kind), the facilities (terrace,bathroom, breakfast). helpful staff good location. The location was great -- near the downtown and all the attractions, and definitely a safe area. This hotel was within walking distance of the Porta Nuevo station (15-20 minutes), though if you aren't a walker, you can easily catch a bus. It isn't hard to find if a T-shaped intersection on the left just before you read the castle on Stradone Porta Palio. Not fancy but very nice with great staff.
all reviews » I was on Holiday and explore Verona from Hotel Arena. price , near to the historical part of the city. Front desk staff very helpful. close to the city center, staffs are nice, rooms are clean, and i like the color of the room as well, great little hotel!. it was very central. but far enough away that you were not woken at all hours by traffic, or people going home late. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very well situated, close to Castelvecchio and the Roman Arena. The location which was close to all the major site seeing, while being far enough away from the noise and traffic. Convenience to main central Verona tourist area and train station. Breakfast was poor.coffee was bad. the worse hotel in Italy I ever been, extremely noisy, old toilet, we got room near sharing bathroom -anytime when some other people from other room using toilet or take shower ,its every noisy, we can here everything and lock for bathroom is all way stuck, many time we heard people stuck in the toilet -can not get out, they gonna try to turn lock more than 100 times, that made me can not sleep.
