  Courteous and helpful staff. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The rooms were spacious impeccably clean. The bathroom was large, beautiful marble walls. Very thoughtful amenities in bathroom (soaps shampoo/shower gell. Also a shaving kit ,toothbrushes and comb were welcome additions). The breakfast was magnificent!!. Food was very tempting and well laid out, with everything you could wish for. The hot buffet was very nice to. The bedroom was lovely and as for the bathroom facilities, they were brilliant. The bar and upstairs viewing plaform were excellent as was the barman. Prices were reasonable .

  I will choose this hotel again and again - it was excellent in everyway. Being on the canal gave it great accessibility in a city as tough as Venice, and that was especially helpful since I was new to Venice. Brunch was included and was exccellent.   your wellcoming and friendly staff in general and Leila your receptionist in particular - The hotel is excellently run and everything that you would expect of a four star hotel. Staff polite and friendly and more than will ing to assist in all that they do. Would stay again if and when I revisit Venice

  Yes, having read other reports we were plesantly surprised as it was better than others had suggested. Staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was right at the begining of season so maybe that helped but a throughly good experience. - beautiful interior, great location, very clean

  This hotel had a great location. However I was a little disappointed that my room did not have a view overlooking the canal as that was one of the key points that attracted me to staying there. - nice hotel, great location, very friendly and helpful staff
