  Courteous and helpful staff. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The rooms were spacious impeccably clean. The bathroom was large, beautiful marble walls. Very thoughtful amenities in bathroom (soaps shampoo/shower gell. Also a shaving kit ,toothbrushes and comb were welcome additions). The breakfast was magnificent!!. Food was very tempting and well laid out, with everything you could wish for. The hot buffet was very nice to. The bedroom was lovely and as for the bathroom facilities, they were brilliant. The bar and upstairs viewing plaform were excellent as was the barman. Prices were reasonable .

  I will choose this hotel again and again - it was excellent in everyway. Being on the canal gave it great accessibility in a city as tough as Venice, and that was especially helpful since I was new to Venice. Brunch was included and was exccellent. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly and the surrounding area was quiet.

  Yes, having read other reports we were plesantly surprised as it was better than others had suggested. Staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was right at the begining of season so maybe that helped but a throughly good experience. - beautiful interior, great location, very clean
