  Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes! Staff was very helpful in o... what people say » ur checkout process offering to sotre our bags if we needed for a few hours and things like that. - The hotel was in a very good position and was easy to find, our standard double room was a good size and very quiet at night and the the en suite bathroom was stylish and immaculate. All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

  location was great very close to San Marco Square and just beside vaparetto stop so very easy to find and for lugging bags. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage stored on our last day as our flight was not until that night. Great choice of breakfast to set us up for the day.   The best hotel I've been in Italy. No doubt. Loved the hotel, loved the staff, loved our room. It even had a small and unexpected jacuzzi. It was further away then what was promised on bookings.com , not a problem though, since there was a small vaporino shuttle running whenever we need it to - even late at night!! May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby.
