  This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. The price was reasonable and the continental breakfast was great. The hotel is quiet with only 11 rooms and we were able to come and go as we pleased with lots of ... what people say » privacy.

  Location is great, staff are friendly. We were upgraded to a magnificent large room at no extra charge. The hotel is on a quiet street close to San Marco square. With outside tables by a picturesque canal and with tables in an interior courtyard this hotel is our idea of a perfect place to stay in Venizia. Lots of Hot water for showers, and an exce... what people say » llent included breakfast. - Excellent location and it was good to be a little away from the main thoroughfare traffic, very comfortable and it was fantastic that there was a kettle in the room where I could have a cup of tea. It is the only hotel I have been in in Europe where I could do this.

  The location is so special in the heart of the city where can easily approach all the famous monuments and only 10 minutes from both Saint Marco square to the south and Ponte Del Rialto the north . The hotel is surrounded by the canals with Gondolas ,resturants,coffee and icecream shops . I could feel the spirit of the old period and I could wal... what people say » k to any place with joy and interest while passing by the amazing Murano glass and other handcraft shops in addition to the kiosks which offer beaut - Directly behind Campo San Zulian (Church), could be hard to spot due to the mazy outlook of Venice streets. If you spot Timberland, you are 30metres away from the main door of the hotel, take the quiet dark walkway on the left from timberland to avoid walking a long detour on the right (which leads to san marco square) Hotel is very comfortable, showers and heaters were good. location was good. its on top of a restaurant, apart from the closing of the restaurant at 10-11pm not much noise was h
