The best thing that impressed that I recieved an email from Adriana - the communications manager of the hotel, 2-3 before my check-in to make sure that I smoothly find the hotel (water bus number, location map, etc.). I recommend the Murano Suite for family with 4 children it has a bath room and shower inside. The other 2 rooms are good small family or couples or solo travlers. The kitchen is good and you can cook. I bought some fresh catch from the fish market which is just below the hotel. Mi.
all reviews » Great, great location.....really could not be better placed in the city for walking and the general sights of Venice. The top floor is very generous in size with a quaint, atelier style slanted roof and pop-up dormer windows looking out onto the Grand Canal. Amenities and the access to a full kitchen are very welcome additions to a lovely stay. Mickle was a very nice & friendly person and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the location near Ponte Rialto opposite Ca' ORO was central and close to everything. I would recommend these apartments to everybody as we enjoyed staying there and will definitely stay there again if in Venice. We had a shared bathroom, and the bathroom is super clean. Kitchen is well equipped so we bought some fresh shrimps and vegetables from the market next door to make some good breakfast. Near to the must see Rialto bridge and the bus boat station. Location was fantastic. Walk to Rialto Bridge and great restaurants. Near vaporetto stop, easy to get anywhere in Venice. Lovely shared balcony over the Grand Canal.Host extremely helpful and friendly. Great stay. The view from the room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was substantial. It was very close to the main attractions. It was so fantastic what a location - brilliant breakfast, large comfy rooms, sure there is a shared bathroom but it was clean and modern. If you are facing problem in finding the hotel. Just dont get panic. Stay below below the fish market roof and call on provided number by letsbookhotel.com, Michael or someone from the hotel will come to pick you. It is just 15 steps (40 secs walk) from the fish market. Front door light to see the lock when returning at night. The fish market is 30 meters away so it's a bit noisy in the early morning when fisherman is unloading for the market open. Steep narrow steps access could be an issue. Can be a bit street noisy at night ( shut windows). Close to market an can be an odour in morning. It was bit difficult to find but once we did it was very easy to get there and go anywhere from there. There were steps but hello this is Venice .... The positives definitely outweigh the negatives here. Only wished we stayed longer. none. Stairs!. We stayed only 2 nights, wished stayed much longer and want to be back soon. nothing. Can't think of anything. No view of the canal in the suite room.
