The Staff was very very Helpful and were willing to provide information. Although it is quite basic the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent.It was very clean indeed, and quiet. The hotel was very clean and new. Beautiful rooms and lobby. Easy accessto Lido town by bus.1. It was a 45 min walk from the vaporetto stop, although only an 8 min bus ride. 2. There was no computer for guests to use to check email.

- Upon arrival at Lido, turn right into Riviera S. Nicolò and follow it into Riviera S.M. Elisabetta and P.zle S.M. Elisabetta.
- Continue along Via S. Gallo and at the first crossroads turn right.
- Hotel Sorriso is at number 22, immediately on the right.

From Marco Polo International Airport:
- By water taxi, available 24 hours.
- By public transport. The boat company Alilaguna runs a regular service from the airport to Lido SM Elisabetta.

From Santa Lucia Train Station:
- By water taxi, available 24 hours.
- By public transport: every 10 minutes a vaporetto leaves from the station to Lido of Venice, lines 1, 51, 52 or 82 (during the summer).
