It was a very comfotable hotel and very near to the bus and vaporetto to Venice. The stuff was very polite and the room really splendid with a marvellous view to the lagouna. As for the breakfast it was good but it could be better. The hotel accomodations are very good. The hotel is very beautiful, thebreakfast is plentiful, the rooms are very spacious and modern.Good hotel, excellent breakfast, quiet location but handy for the water buses.

There were a couple of restaurants around the corner and the setting was quiet in a residential area with beautiful old villas. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast spread had a lot of variety. From the front of the hotel you could see St. Mark's Square. We'd go back.close to water bus station and friendly home-like atmosphere. Just about everything. Very charming hotel, good location and very romantic surrounding, almostperfect breakfast,. very polite , good english speeking staff. excellant position for Lido.The location of this hotel is not on the main land of Venice, it is inLido. You have to pay for the waterboat metro whilst you are there toget onto the mainland to see the Piazza de San Marco, and all of theother sites. I didnt like the fact that my room was on the ground floor, in a room which may previously was used as a storage or something else. Also its too expensive to reach the hotel from the mainland of Venice by boat.our bathroom was very small and cramped, though well fitted. did not seem to be a bar in evening. the air conditioning didn't work very well during the day and the room was quite stuffy, but at night it cooled off. The room was quite small, you walked in and the bed took up most of the space. the breakfast is too simple not like a 4-star hotel. The heating in the room makes too much noise. Very cold at night, the hairdrier was broken and I've got another oneafter asking 4 times. I got a room outside the building on the ground floor. Was not at all nice to be outside the building.
