The whole experience was wonderful. The owners are so friendly and helpful. The room cleaners were amazing. Bedrooms spotless and tidied so quickly dont know how they did it! View from the bedroom of the lake and mountains was lovely. My husband adored the homemade cake(made by Nonna) at breakfast. Will most certainly stay again when in the area. The hotel is family run and they could not have been friendlier. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until the early hours of the morning , but on phoning them we were told not to worry. We were looked after wonderfully, and we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel - fantastic views of the lake and mountains and a wonderful base .
all reviews » The family who owned the hotel were very friendly and helpful, they gave us a lift to town to catch a bus to Como and offered to drive us to a restaurant in the evening. They provided photocopies of the bus timetable and were eager that we enjoy every moment of our stay. The hotel sits right on the lake with beautiful views. It's a little offthe beaten path which is nice, but having your own car is helpful to getto Lecco, Bellagio, and the other nearby towns. The owner works hard tomake your stay pleasant. Our weekend was wonderful!. The customer service and hotel staff was excellent....a family-run business was evident in the pride and quality of service. Absolutely beautiful location, and first rate hotel. Breathtaking and relaxing! Restaurant was excellent, as well. Very friendly staff, beautiful views of the lake and mountains from two sets of windows, wonderful balcony, big room and en suite bathroom. Access to the hotel via public transport could be difficult. Guests can only have a drink at a table in the breakfast room. No bar or terrace was available to sit and take advantage of the excellent view whilst having a drink.
