  As we had a car, this was an ideal place for visiting Portovenere and Cinque Terre. All of the hotels located in La Spezia, Portovenere, Cinque Terre were either expensive or had low ratings and reported parking problems, so we chose Casali Romei in Sarzana as our base.   The BB is located perfectly between Lerici and San Terenzo. You can take the bus right outside the BB. Or you can walk down the hill to both villages, which we did. We had a very nice big bedroom, a big bathroom and a large balcony. Very nice view. The breakfast was fantastic. Almost all the different cakes and bread were homemade. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay at I Girasoli again. - Although host did not speak English at all we felt welcomed and she realy tried to please us. Huge and extremely nice bathroom with wooden floore and spacious bath tube.

  Great hotel in San Terenzo. Reception was great and gave us info on sight-seeing Cinque Terre, buses to take, etc. The room was lovely with a small balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and nice to have a real cappuccino in the morning! - Great location and value for money. Friendly and uncomplicated service.

  The Doria Park's staff were very friedly and helpful. They spoke English very well and were very accommodating. They had a fabulous buffet breakfast. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and very clean. There was plenty of parking and the views overlooking the town of Lerici and the Ligurian Sea were breathtaking. We had to stay an extra day and they were able to accommodate our r - Hotel is set up high on the hill and has a beautiful view of marina and square and partial of the castle but it was only a short walk to both. The room was average in size but the bed was the most comfortable of all the ones we had during our three week stay in Italy. Quiet room and nice bathroom with a robe. Great breakfast in a nice setting. Staff was very helpful especially when we needed to buy and print out train tickets.

  Just had a 3 night stay at the Venere and dont think there is a better value or located hotel in Lerici. The staff were great and really helpful, sorting out parking for us and helped us to make dinner bookings etc. The rooms are quite simple with only small bathrooms, breakfast nothing to write home about, but the location could not be better.
