This hotel was excellent. In particular the staff were superb. The hotel was very clean and well presented. It is in a great city centre location but is also very quiet. It is close to the airport bus stop and the ferry terminal. Do not hesitate to book. We stayed there only one night. Staff was nice, friendly, spoke good english, room was clean and cozy. Location cannot be beaten- center of the city.

There is nothing about this hotel to dislike. There is no parking available in the hotel neither near the hotel. You have to search for parking in the roads if you are lucky. There was a nasty smell coming from the bathroom. Window in the room hast to be closed or you won´t be able to sleep (very noisy seagulls). Dirty beach in Trapani, you need a car to reach nice beaches nearby Trapani - about 10km drive. Rooms bit too basic there where no possibility to get hot water(for baby botles,tee) in the hotel Breakfest outside hotel in a bar (wait for breakfest realy long secound morning). no wifi in the room - only in area of reception. The nearby hill town of Erice. Stunning views and some interesting monuments, but claustrophobically crowded and highly commercialised. The air conditioning is quite noisy. No breakfast available. nothing, if you decided to spend some days in 2 ** hotel, you can not ask more. No hair dryer. Very basic room, little comforts, poor lighting. No breakfast on site so best not to book including b'fast. Best to find your own in lots of different cafe/bars around.
